Chris, also known as "Boss Man," founded the Smart Repair Company in 2000 after completing his service in the army. He began with a modest van, steadily gaining experience and growing the business.

Kev joined the team in 2016, bringing with him extensive expertise in paint and panel beating, as well as proficiency in both MIG and TIG welding.

Sam, the youngest member of the team, joined alongside Kev. Initially, he attended college to learn panel beating while honing his skills. Over the years, he has become proficient in his trade, although he remains renowned for making the best cup of tea.
