Chris ("Boss Man") founded Smart Repair Company in 2000 following his service in the army. Starting out with a single mobile van, his relentless focus on quality structural repair and finish execution built the company into the multi-bay workshop it is today.

Kev joined the workshop in 2016, bringing a master-class standard of paint execution and structural panel beating. He specializes in intricate body fabrications and is highly proficient in both MIG and TIG welding configurations.

Sam also joined the team in 2016 while completing his formal panel-beating credentials at college. Under the mentorship of Chris and Kev, he has developed into a highly precise specialist—though he's still unmatched at brewing the shop's fuel supply (proper tea).
